Return Policy

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Haydens Auto Accessories offers super easy returns.
Our return policy conforms to all accepted industry norms.
You have a full 14 days to return your item from the date you received it.
The returned item must be in NEW and RESELLABLE condition and
must not have been installed or modified. 
The buyer pays the return shipping.
  1. Returns must include our RMA number.
        Simply contact us to request your RMA # and written return instructions.
  1. Returns without an RMA number will not be refunded.     
  2. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted. 
  3. Refunds will not occur until our shipping vendor has received the item and inspected it. (Allow 1 to 7 days for the inspection)
    5.  Customer is 100% responsible for ALL shipping costs on returned items. Thus, if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund
Our Returns Department is available Monday – Saturday,
10 am to 5 pm PST 
Special order items are not returnable

    Oversized Freight Items have return restrictions. The confirmation process is designed to ensure the correct freight item is delivered, and in perfect condition.
    Due to their exceptional size, weight, and pick-up restrictions, freight items are not
    returnable unless damaged during shipment or if the wrong item was sent as a result of an error on the part of the manufacturer. Be sure to check the item thoroughly before signing acceptance. Exchanges due to incorrect ordering by the customer may only be offered at the sole discretion of HaydensAutoAccessories.

                All returned merchandise needs to include all parts and paperwork in order for us
                to accept the return. Should you have a warranty issue, please let us know.
